Helping people is at the heart of what we believe real estate services should be.  Serving the community where we work and live should be and is our priority.  We’re not just building a business, we’re wanting to help build a community.

Every year, we hope to take the time and acknowledge our good fortunes and opportunities given and entrusted to us by everyone in our community.  With this in mind, we believe it our duty to find a way to spread our good fortunes and find a way to share with others.  Although we try to reach many organizations, we make sure that the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation is always high on the list or recipients.  The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation allows for participating realtors to use the power of a national brand like Royal LePage to bring people together in community events, and then, it re-directs the funds raised back where they came from.  In our case, Winchester benefits from having the Naomi’s Family Resource Centre, and through a mix of Royal LePage Shelter Foundation Funds and direct donations, our team is privileged to be in a position to offer support to a great organization.
